✨ Key Privacy Promises (TL;DR)
Your chats are yours. We do not read, review, or train on your data.
No third-party AI APIs. All inference runs on our own local hardware. Your prompts never go to OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, or anyone else.
Encrypted at rest. Your data is stored on a single server with full-disk encryption. If the hardware is stolen, your chats remain unreadable.
Admin access is disabled. The tools required to browse or export user chats are permanently turned off in our configuration.
We don't sell data. Our business model is selling compute subscriptions, not exploiting your conversations.
1. What We Collect and Store
We store your chat history on a single, dedicated server located in South Australia to ensure data residency compliance.
Chat content includes:
Messages you send and the AI's responses.
Account metadata (email, subscription status) required to provide the service.
What we do NOT store:
Credit card details (processed securely by our payment provider).
Browsing history outside this service.
Any data derived from your chats for AI training.
2. Administrator Access: "Does anyone read my stuff?"
The short answer is no. Not ever.
We know that "trust" isn't a privacy policy, so here's exactly how we ensure our admins will not look at your chats:
Technical Controls: The administrative features used to browse or export user conversations are permanently disabled in our configuration: ENABLE_ADMIN_CHAT_ACCESS=false, ENABLE_ADMIN_EXPORT=false. There is no operational workflow for staff to review chat content. Reaching raw chat data would require deliberate, non-routine effort against our own systems.
Incentive Alignment: Our business sells subscriptions to computing hardware and inference time. Your chats have zero commercial value to us as data; they are simply the workload you're running on your rented resources. We have no incentive to access them, and doing so would violate our core business model.
Hardware Security: While we maintain physical custody of our server infrastructure (standard for any hosting provider), if stolen your data is protected by full-disk encryption at rest. Accessing raw chat files would require breaking enterprise-grade encryption.
3. Security Measures
We've layered multiple defences to protect your service:
Single Server Architecture: All data resides on one server we own and control, eliminating the risk of third-party cloud providers (like AWS or Google Cloud) scanning your data for ads or training.
Cloudflare Tunnel: The service is not exposed to the public internet. Access is routed exclusively through a Cloudflare Tunnel, which provides DDoS protection and encrypted transit without opening any network ports on our server.
Full-Disk Encryption: The server disk is encrypted at rest using Linux native tools. Data is only decrypted when actively processed by the application.
4. Temporary Chat Mode (No-Retention)
For sensitive conversations, you can use Temporary Chat mode (enabled via the chat bubble icon top right of the page).
Conversations in this mode exist only in your browser session.
They are never saved to our database or account history.
Deleting the tab or refreshing the page permanently removes the conversation.
Because nothing is stored, there is nothing to delete!
5. Your Rights
You have full control over your data:
Access & Export: You can view and export your own chat history within the application at any time.
Deletion: You can delete individual chats or your entire account instantly via settings. When deleted, data is removed from the live database immediately and irrecoverably.
Account Closure: Deleting your account removes your profile and all associated chats permanently.
6. Data Sharing and Third Parties
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data or chat content with any third party.
The only external service involved is Cloudflare, which acts as our network tunnel and security layer. Cloudflare processes network packets to deliver the service but does not have access to your application data or chat history, nor do they store it for their own purposes.
No other third parties receive your data. Specifically:

7. Data Retention
Chats are retained only as long as you keep your account active or until you delete them.
Disaster Recovery: Periodic encrypted backups are created to protect against catastrophic hardware failure or physical damage (e.g., fire, flood). These backups contain all current chat data and are secured with their own encryption layer. Chats you delete from the live database are also purged from backup copies during the next rotation cycle.
8. Age Requirement
You must be 18 or older to use this service.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy occasionally. Material changes (like new data collection practices) will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
